The consultation form
The form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit an enquiry to a website database or send an email automatically. Review the draft and press Send in your email app to contact Shashini. If no email app opens, use the email address or telephone number shown on the page.
The draft contains the name, email, optional phone number, planning topic and message you enter. These details allow Shashini to respond if you choose to send them. Keep the first message brief; do not include identity documents, medical records, passwords or detailed account information.
Browser preferences and external services
The comparison worksheet keeps your notes only in page memory. They clear on reload and are not sent to a server. A saved or printed copy stays wherever you choose to keep it.
The website uses browser session storage to remember your film-sound preference. The projection calculator runs in your browser; this implementation does not send calculator inputs to a server. The website serves its included fonts, portraits, videos and posters. The hosting provider receives normal web requests, which can include network and device information.
No advertising tracker or analytics tag is included in this version of the website. Your email provider processes any message you send under its own terms. External links take you to other organisations’ websites and privacy practices.
The site exposes local browser events for contact-link clicks and email-draft preparation, containing only an action name and page path. These events are not stored or transmitted by this implementation and do not include form values. Any future analytics service must be configured and reflected in this notice before use.
Questions about your enquiry
Contact shashini.fernando@aia.com.lk to ask about information you have sent or to request a correction or deletion. The appropriate response may depend on records that must be retained for an ongoing service or applicable requirements. This notice describes the website’s enquiry flow; an insurer’s separate privacy notice applies to its application and claims processes.
